We initially assisted our client Cadence during their due diligence period with various concept masterplan schemes which ultimately enabled their successful acquisition of the site. In subsequent design development phase we had to overcome numerous site constraints such as retention of native trees as well as a difficult site topography. Ultimately we were able to create a highly functional, integrated, private industrial estate comprising of six institutional grade logistics facilities ranging from 3,400sqm. to 13,610sqm. tailored for ‘last mile’ logistics operators.
