Concept Y was established in 2014 by Eric Yu. Our goal was to create a full-service, multi-faceted architectural practice that truly understands the way property industry works and how to enable our clients to succeed. Today, our focus hasn’t wavered. We’ve built a proud and privileged reputation nationally with institutional investors and listed companies as a trusted specialist architectural practice in the commercial and industrial sector.
