Global seafood company, Oceanic Food, supplies quality frozen seafood through its national network of major distributors and wholesalers. With a strict customer focus, quality control and supply management expertise, the business turned to us when they needed to create a new headquarters.

The client had already purchased the site in a high exposure corner location prior to our engagement. The site is relatively small but the client’s brief requires quite an extensive amount of warehouse storage and external circulation requirements, which proves challenging from a site layout perspective.

Due to our experience and understanding of intricacies associated with warehousing operations, we were able to create a site layout which facilitates a safe & efficient movement for heavy vehicles.

We were also able to look beyond the two-dimensional site constraints, by increasing the building height to facilitate pallet racking up to 9 high, which drastically boosted Oceanic’s storage capacity and created flexibility for their future growth on an otherwise compact site.
