The project brief was to conceptualise and design a visually striking and iconic speculative office building as a landmark statement within a new emerging suburban business park. This seven-level, A-grade office building features highly efficient floor plates with excellent natural light penetration and generous end-of trip facilities. The development also incorporates a ground floor café with high number of parking provisions via an adjoining multi-deck carpark.
