Concept Y partnered with Vaughan Constructions to design and deliver a new flexible, dual tenancy speculative warehouse facility for Singapore-based leading industrial real estate firm, Mapletree.

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with constrained access, we were able to deliver a design solution which segregates heavy vehicle access from passenger cars, as well as separate secured access between the dual tenants.
