Our collaboration with Aliro Group began with the vision of designing a versatile speculative warehouse facility that could adapt to a wide range of tenancy requirements while remaining future-proofed in design.

Our commitment to sustainable architecture is reflected in this project’s 5 Star Green Star credentials. The facility incorporates many environmentally conscious initiatives such as significant on-site solar power generation, extensive biofiltration raingardens, water recycling, smart LEDs throughout and EV numerous EV charging bays.
