Upon acquiring the large industrial parcel which had been planning approved for small lot subdivisions, Dexus engaged Concept Y to completely transform the existing masterplan into a fully integrated, institutional grade, industrial estate capable of housing large scale logistics tenancies to capitalise on the estate’s great connectivity to the freeway network.

 

Through close collaboration with the project team and exhaustive series of design options, we created a masterplan which ultimately proved to be flexible and adaptable in its ability to accommodate multiple tenancy requirements of various scale and complexity.
