Holman Industries Warehouse

We were initially engaged by LOGOS Property to design a generic speculative warehouse facility which needed to be flexible and future-proofed in design in order to facilitate a wide range of tenancy requirements.

 

Prior to the commencement of construction documentation, LOGOS Property successfully secured Holman Industries as a tenant, whom were satisfied with the flexibility of the design on offer which resulted in very few changes required during documentation and construction.
