Concept Y New Office Fit Out

A truly flexible approach is the inspiration for our fresh workspace fit out in Melbourne’s CBD. The new space represents an exciting new chapter for our practice and the acknowledgement that we are creating a purposeful space reflecting our core values of facilitating collaboration and teamwork.

 

The new fit out is located within one of Melbourne’s best-preserved and heritage listed Art Deco buildings, with a richly warm and humbling aesthetics. From this base we added new layers of texture, comfort and homeliness through materiality, worlds away from the often sterile and cold steel nature of other CBD buildings.

 

Functionally, we have focused on making sure that team amenities and comfort as our key priority rather than trying to cram in as many seats as possible. We are responsive to changing flexible workplace environment, which opens the opportunity for us to increase our sqm. per person without sacrificing work points, as flexible work arrangements will allow us to grow in numbers without the need to grow spatially.
