Initially designed as a speculative warehouse facility at the end of a cul-de-sac, we subsequently assisted our client Dexus in successfully adapting the original design to suit AS Colour’s operational needs. This is another testament of our consistent approach to design spaces that are flexible and future-proofed in order to facilitate a wide range of tenancy requirements.
